Blackberry Chipotle Turkey Melt – A Quick and Delicious Meal Idea

A Colorado Collaboration with Jelly Madness

I am a huge fan of Jelly Madness and one of my very favorite products is their Blackberry Chipotle Jam. It has a hint of smoky goodness from the chipotle peppers along with a well balanced sweetness from the blackberries. It is the perfect jam to add to this melt sandwich because it perfectly pairs with turkey and brie. This limited edition jam is typically available in the summer months as Colorado Blackberries ripen. Jelly Madness utilizes local produce whenever possible – just one more reason to love them! If you see some at your local market or boutique grocery store, make sure you stock up.
